Jordan Dempster
With over 15 years of experience in recording, producing, mixing, and mastering, Jordan is a highly versatile multi-instrumentalist who brings a deep and diverse musical understanding to every project.
Growing up in a musical household, he was raised by his parents on a steady diet of blues, Hawaiian, country/western swing, and jazz, which laid the foundation for a lifelong passion for music. By the time he was 12 His musical palette had evolved to include a healthy obsession with metal, punk, and hard rock, alongside a love for traditional folk and highly polished pop music.
A skilled bassist, Jordan plays in the bands Sex on Toast and Tommy & Roy, blending his experience as both a performer and a producer to elevate the sound of every track he works on. His extensive portfolio includes work with renowned acts such as Sex on Toast, Punter, Mareya, Bug Hunt, Sadults, The Railway Gang, Slippy Mayne, Tommy & Roy, John Citizen, and many more.
With an ear for both gritty and refined sounds, Jordan’s productions are marked by a balance of raw energy and precision, making him a go-to engineer for artists across a wide spectrum of genres. Whether it's capturing the organic feel of a live band or polishing a studio production to perfection, Jordan brings passion, skill, and a deep understanding of music to everything he touches.
Milo Fisher
With experience and work spanning live, studio, film and television milo has been recording, mixing and playing in the industry for 15+ years. 8 years at the iconic bakehouse studios and years of production and site management at festivals around Australia have given Milo the chance to work with some of Australia's best artists and organisations.
Milo’s skill set spans a variety of disciplines with a specialisation in studio recording for live bands as well as editing and mixing for film and tv. When working in the studio Milo's aim is to create a space and workflow that makes it seamless and easy for artists to do their best work.
Work with film and tv productions is focused on creative world building and supporting the story through sound design, editing and mixing. Through working on multiple features and network productions Milo’s standard of work and approach is quick, thorough and detailed. Creating atmospheres or effects to support the story or cleaning up problematic production tracks! It's all part of the day to day.
Milo is currently available for work with either musicians or screen productions both at lily street and externally.
Shane Jarvie-Kohn
Shane Jarvie-Kohn is a Melbourne-based audio engineer, producer, multi-instrumentalist, award-winning sound designer, founder of Moreish Studios and official partner of Lily Street Studios.
He specializes in mastering, mixing, music production, sound design, and audio post-production. Shane has gained his firsthand experience accumulated from over 13 years of work in the industry, as well as his expansive involvement within the international and national recording and live music industry, sound design for short and feature films, and years of mentoring from some of Australia’s most professionally recognised engineers and institutions.
All these factors have accumulated to refine his skills and go on to help craft recognised works in all genres. He has experience in all musical fields behind the scenes and frequently acts as the producer and band for artists looking to step up their releases. Currently Shane is holding 2 ASSG awards for ‘Best Sound for an Animated Short Film’. Highlighting his achievements and passion for sound early in his career.
Daniel O’Keefe
Daniel is an experienced audio studio engineer with over 15 years of expertise in recording, producing and mixing. With a rich musical background and an artist’s intuition, Daniel has honed his skills through years of working as a session guitarist for prominent artists such as Didirri, FEELDS, Harmony Byrne, Cahill Kelly and Tommy & Roy.
Fluent in a wide range of genres—from blues and jazz to Garage Rock, folk, and Punk—Daniel brings a dynamic, detailed approach to every project. His engineering portfolio includes clients like Nick Johnston, April Gallo, The Hybernators, Cheeky B, Justin Bernasconi, Cahill Kelly, Emilio Mercuri, Born Secret, The Offtopics and many more.
Daniel’s enthusiasm for bringing projects to life is matched by his willingness to dive deep into the creative process. He actively engages with artists to help produce, arrange, and contribute fresh ideas, reigniting creative approaches to finishing songs and pushing them to a new level. His dedication ensures that every mix is crisp, balanced, and sonically captivating, while his passion for music fuels collaborations that truly resonate.
